Visual Rhetoric: Framing

I found a political ad from 2004 that talks about how John Kerry is opposed of vital weapons in order to win the war in Iraq. Framing in this commercial is very important because the photographer wants to put in frame as many vital weapons that will be missing if John Kerry was president. That helps that argument because when people see all these vital weapons in a frame people begin to feel that the army will be missing the necessities to get the job done in Iraq.
